House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) asserts that the Defense Bill will not advance until the military vaccine mandate is eliminated. McCarthy pledged on Sunday that the fiscal 2023 NDAA, a/k/a National Defense Authorization Act, will not move forward until the military’s COVID-19 vaccination mandate is lifted.
