The organization criticized the current Egyptian leadership, labeling them as puppets in the ongoing conflict.
Reports from Al-Arabiya identified the victim as a Ukrainian businessman who had been residing in Egypt for nearly a decade. Details from the victim’s LinkedIn profile revealed ties to Ukraine and Israel through his company, which has not provided any official statements regarding the incident.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry and Global Affairs Canada acknowledged the reports of the businessman’s death, while the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry remained silent on the matter. The assassination comes amidst heightened tensions in the region, following a series of violent incidents involving Israeli tourists and an Egyptian guide in Alexandria.
