“Review: No Charges Filed in Summerfield Self-Defense Shooting”

According to prosecutor Rich Buxman’s memo, the shooting at a home inside the gated community of Stonecrest, in which 70-year-old Richard McCloskey killed his stepson, James Crawford, was done in self-defense. The case was thoroughly reviewed, and criminal charges were deemed unwarranted.
