In Dompe’s Malwana area, police were led to the discovery of two bodies in a field based on a tip-off. The deceased individuals, identified as two young men aged 18 and 29, were staying temporarily at a residence in Malwana at the time of their death.

The remains have since been transferred to the Colombo North Teaching Hospital’s mortuary for further examination.
