Stockton Serial Killings Suspect To Appear In Court For Further Arraignment

STOCKTON, Calif. – Wesley Brownlee, the suspect in a series of seven deadly shootings spanning over 18 months in Stockton and Oakland, is expected in court for further arraignment on Monday.
