Robbery Spree Strikes Chicago: Woman Recovers from Violent Attack

Chicago, Illinois – A young woman in Chicago is still recovering from a violent attack that occurred as part of a series of robberies in the city’s North and Northwest sides. The victim, identified as Kat, 22, was on her way to work when she was targeted by assailants.

According to Kat, she was approached by a man dressed in all black, wearing a ski mask, who proceeded to punch her in the face. Two other individuals then stood before her, with one acting as a lookout while the other demanded her phone. The incident took place on the 4700 block of Kasson Avenue in the Mayfair neighborhood.

Police have reported a total of nine robberies occurring within a two-hour span on the morning of the attack, all involving suspects using force or threats to steal from their victims.
