The spate of shootings extended into the night, with a 41-year-old man being shot to death in the Kensington section of the city. In another disturbing incident, a man was critically injured in a shooting on Temple University’s campus, further underscoring the prevalence of gun violence in the city. Despite the proximity to the university campus, authorities confirmed that no students or staff were involved in the incident.
