Chicago, Illinois – A 37-year-old man with a history of violent crimes is facing first-degree murder charges after a horrific attack that claimed the life of an 11-year-old boy and critically injured his pregnant mother this week.
The man, identified as Crosetti Brand, was recently paroled from prison despite his violent criminal past of home invasion and aggravated assault. Chicago Police Superintendent Larry Snelling expressed outrage over the tragic incident, emphasizing the need for justice for the victims.
