A judge revoked Nicolette Keough’s bond in a separate case after her latest arrest.
PENSACOLA, Fla. — Pensacola police said a new felony charge against Nicolette Keough may not be the last after investigators linked her to another Airbnb damage case involving online videos and more than $17,000 in losses.
Keough, 31, appeared in court Thursday after her Wednesday arrest on a property damage charge. A judge set bond at $10,000 on the new case, but Keough remained jailed because of a bond revocation tied to a March battery arrest.
The latest report centers on a Riddick Drive Airbnb where police said Keough stayed from Aug. 31 to Sept. 11. The owner contacted officers April 24 after videos surfaced online. Police said the videos showed Keough urinating on furniture inside the rental and confirmed the owner’s complaint.
The report listed $17,395 in estimated damage. Items included a $500 blue coral chair, a $4,000 king size mattress, a $2,900 twin mattress, a $5,195 leather sofa and a $4,800 sleeper sofa. Police did not say whether the damaged items were repaired or replaced.
The case follows Keough’s March arrest on two felony criminal mischief counts. Those earlier allegations involved two downtown Pensacola Airbnb homes on North Guillemard Street. Arrest reports said furniture was damaged in both homes and videos were uploaded to an adult content website.
Officer Mike Wood said police believe the cases happened around the same general period, not after Keough’s first arrest. He said more property owners may come forward as they discover videos or damage. “She is being very cooperative with us when she’s confronted,” Wood said.
Wood said investigators believe money was the motive. The judge also ordered that Keough stay off social media if she is released on bond. Her next court dates are June 9 for a bond revocation hearing and June 12 for the new property damage charge.
