Violent Attack in West Hollywood Caught on Camera: Police Seek Help Identifying Suspect

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a violent assault in West Hollywood. The incident occurred on Thursday, Feb. 15 at 1:20 a.m in the 7300 block of Santa Monica Boulevard.

According to authorities, the victim was approached and assaulted by two suspects during a verbal argument, with at least one suspect armed with a deadly weapon. Video footage of the attack also shows a dog in the middle of the altercation, although it is not clear if the dog sustained any injuries or who the dog belonged to.

One suspect has been located and arrested by West Hollywood Station deputies, but the second suspect remains at large and has not yet been identified. Described as a male adult approximately 30-40 years old, 5’10, and 190 lbs, the second suspect is still being sought by authorities.
