RAMALLAH, West Bank – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are currently conducting a manhunt in the West Bank for a terrorist responsible for the drive-by shooting attack on highway Route 465, which resulted in the death of an Arab-Israeli man. The victim, identified as Amar Mansour, 34, from Beit Hanina in East Jerusalem, was tragically killed in the attack.
Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics reported that a man in his 30s was fatally shot, and a woman passenger was wounded and evacuated to Hadassah hospital in Ramallah. The woman, identified as a 42-year-old pharmacist who has worked at the hospital for 17 years, is said to be in very serious condition.
Following the attack, the Binyamin regional council head declared the incident a terrorist attack, as Israeli authorities continued their investigation into the motive.
