CHICAGO, IL – The ex-boyfriend of a woman who was tragically shot and killed during a domestic dispute in Chicago has been charged with her murder. Kenneth Brown, 44, was arrested on Friday in connection with the death of Maria Roque, 34, who was fatally shot in the 500 block of North Long Avenue on December 13.
