Sabrina Spruill, 40, was listed in Guilford County records after an arrest on June 22. Records show a felony child abuse charge tied to serious physical injury. Reports also said Spruill faces three counts of felony child abuse with serious injury and three counts of assault by strangulation.
Documents cited in local reports say the children were all younger than 9. The allegations include strangulation and hot wax being poured on the children.
