The accused, Ajee Williams, has been charged with first-degree murder after surrendering herself to the Camden County Police Department.
The victim, identified as 41-year-old Carla Mahan, tragically lost her life after being struck by a car at the intersection of 7th Street and Tulip Street on the afternoon of September 25.
