The Kenton County commonwealth attorney Rob Sanders has confirmed that both Selena Farrell, 23, and Tashaun Adams, 21, have been taken into custody and charged with manslaughter.

The heartbreaking death of the 2-year-old child, Khalil Adams, occurred when he was accidentally shot and killed by his 3-year-old brother.
