The victim, identified as Brandon Dominguez, was killed during a confrontation between drivers on the morning of Friday, in an event that left a community grieving.
An online fundraiser launched by Brandon’s uncle, Victor Ayala, honors the young boy’s memory, describing him as “the light of our family” with an infectious spirit that brought joy to everyone he met. Henderson police reported that the confrontation began around 7:30 a.m. when two vehicles were seen aggressively maneuvering against each other. Authorities have identified Tyler Johns, aged 22, as the alleged shooter. He faces serious charges, including open murder and additional felonies for discharging a firearm from a vehicle.
