FRESNO, Calif. – Authorities in Fresno, California have made an arrest in connection to a tragic shooting incident that left a man dead in the northwest part of the city over the weekend. 26-year-old Domonique Jones has been taken into custody for the death of 38-year-old Gilberto Gutierrez, according to Fresno police.
