Suspect Arrested in Fatal Domestic Shooting in Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Authorities in Orange County have arrested a suspect in connection with a domestic shooting that resulted in the death of a woman. The incident, which occurred in an Orlo Vista neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon, has left the community in shock.

The accused, identified as 41-year-old Lamar Bryant, has been charged with first-degree murder by deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation was initiated after deputies responded to a call reporting a possible shooting on the 5200 block of West Livingston Street around 3:45 p.m.

Upon arrival, authorities discovered a woman in her 40s who had sustained gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, she tragically succumbed to her injuries. The Sheriff’s office confirmed that the shooting was a result of a domestic dispute.

Family members of the victim, known as Takeshia or Keshia Eads, spoke to the media about her untimely death. Described as a loving individual who held the family together, Keshia leaves behind four children, four grandchildren, and another grandchild on the way. Her mother and sister-in-law shared fond memories of her, highlighting her role as the family’s emotional anchor.

Those present at the scene of the shooting recounted hearing multiple gunshots, painting a grim picture of the tragedy that unfolded. The community mourns the loss of a beloved member, as authorities work to bring justice to the victim and her grieving family.
