Authorities discovered one woman with a gunshot wound at the scene and identified the suspect as Izyk Paul Bartlett, 20, who fled in a silver SUV before law enforcement arrived.

Following the shooting, Eugene Police Department temporarily closed Willagillespie Road and Valley River Drive as a precautionary measure.
