Shooting Tragedy: Man Arrested for Fatal McDonald’s Incident in Belcamp

Belcamp, Maryland – A tragic incident unfolded at a McDonald’s in Belcamp, resulting in the death of 19-year-old Sebashton Nocar. Harford County authorities reported that a man has been taken into custody and charged in connection with the fatal shooting.

According to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting occurred on Tuesday night around 10:35 p.m. at the McDonald’s on Riverside Parkway in Belcamp. Deputies responded to a call reporting the incident and found Nocar inside the restaurant with a gunshot wound to the head. Despite efforts to save him, Nocar was pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspected shooter, identified as 32-year-old Djbril Ramatoulay from Aberdeen, was allegedly involved in an altercation with Nocar that escalated into the fatal shooting. Sheriff Jeff Gahler mentioned that both Ramatoulay and Nocar had previously worked at the McDonald’s where the incident took place.

Residents in the area expressed shock and disbelief at the violent event that occurred inside the restaurant. One resident stated that they never expected such a tragedy to happen in a place they frequented with their family.

Ramatoulay, who was already on probation for assault at the time of the shooting, now faces charges related to Nocar’s death. Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Ramatoulay, leading to his arrest without further incident.
