Shooting at Tuscaloosa Party Leaves One Dead, One Injured: Arrest Made

The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit announced the arrest of 28-year-old Weslie Darnell Tucker in connection to the killing of one individual and the injuring of another.

The Tuscaloosa Police disclosed that the violent episode took place on the morning of February 15, 2025, in the 2200 block of Herman Avenue, following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival at the scene, responding officers found two victims with gunshot wounds. A 45-year-old man sustained injuries deemed non-life-threatening, while 28-year-old Jordan Davis succumbed to his injuries.
