Jujuan Jeffers, a 25-year-old resident of Wilmington, Delaware, lost his life after sustaining a gunshot wound to the head. Zecqueous Morgan-Thompson, also from Wilmington, has been taken into custody and faces charges related to carrying a concealed weapon without a license.
