Shooting at Birthday Party Leaves Two Dead in Jacinto City

Jacinto City, Texas – A tragic incident unfolded at a 21-year-old’s birthday party in Jacinto City, resulting in the shooting deaths of two individuals early Saturday morning. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez of Harris County confirmed the fatalities following a disturbance that occurred around 1 a.m. on Muscatine Street.

The sheriff disclosed that approximately 50 individuals, including a band, were present at the event. Law enforcement from the Jacinto City police department responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire. The two victims, identified as Christian Rangel, 30, and Candelario Gonzalez Jr., 22, were rushed to a nearby hospital where they were later pronounced deceased.
