Mother and Boyfriend Charged in Murder of Missing Philadelphia Boy

PHILADELPHIA, PA – In a tragic turn of events, a young boy’s body is still missing after his mother and her boyfriend were charged in his murder. Dominique Bailey, 28, and Kevin Spencer, 30, face a slew of charges, including murder, endangering the welfare of a child, and abuse of a corpse.
