Fugitive Suspect Wanted for Tuscaloosa Alconon Club Killing Linked to Oklahoma Double Murder

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Authorities in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, are actively pursuing a suspect in connection with the murder of Russell Andrews at a local Alconon club. The alleged perpetrator, identified as Stacy Lee Drake, is also wanted for a double murder in Oklahoma. Captain Jack Kennedy of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit provided an update on the investigation, revealing that the suspect had been using a false name while in Tuscaloosa for a short time prior to the crime.

According to Kennedy, Drake reportedly stole the victim’s vehicle, which was last seen on surveillance cameras near the Arkansas-Oklahoma border. Despite the challenges of limited information and a false identity, the VCU utilized various resources to identify Drake as the prime suspect in the club killing. A murder warrant has been issued for his arrest.
