Florida Shocking Details Emerge in Florida Mother’s Horrific Abuse of 4-Year-Old Son

Winter Haven, Florida – A Florida mother is facing serious charges in the tragic death of her 4-year-old adopted son from Haiti in April 2023. Patricia Saintizaire, 36, has been charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and tampering with a witness, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office led by Sheriff Grady Judd.

Sheriff Judd expressed shock and disbelief at the heinous abuse the young boy endured at the hands of his adoptive mother. The child, Bryan Boyer, was found to have sustained fatal injuries from blunt force trauma, leading to his untimely death.

The investigation revealed a harrowing pattern of abuse, with the child having both old and new scarring on his back, indicating sustained mistreatment for a significant period. Additionally, the autopsy highlighted a severe laceration on his liver, causing a rapid decline in his health, ultimately leading to his tragic passing being ruled a homicide.

Saintizaire’s 16-year-old adopted son, also hailing from Haiti, has been placed in protective custody. Furthermore, disturbing details emerged during the investigation, including video evidence showing Saintizaire physically assaulting the young boy.

Detectives discovered alarming footage from home surveillance cameras showing Saintizaire assaulting the child with an unknown object and even throwing him into a pool with his hands tied behind his back. These revelations paint a grim picture of the abuse endured by the innocent 4-year-old.

The Sheriff’s Office is committed to seeking justice for the vulnerable, especially children who fall victim to abuse and violence. Sheriff Judd emphasized the importance of protecting children from predators, abusers, and murderers, underscoring the community’s obligation to safeguard the well-being of all children.

As the investigation continues, authorities are working diligently to uncover the full extent of the abuse suffered by Bryan Boyer and ensure accountability for those responsible for his tragic death.
