Employee Murdered in Lodi Shooting: Suspect Arrested in Late-Night Capture

Lodi, California – A Lodi man was taken into custody late Tuesday night on suspicion of murder following a fatal shooting incident at the Rivermaid Trading Company. The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office reported that the shooting occurred at approximately 10 p.m. on Monday on E Pine Street in Lodi.

Upon their arrival at the scene, authorities discovered a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, identified as 27-year-old Jorge Bejar of Lodi, tragically succumbed to his injuries on-site. The sheriff’s office disclosed that Bejar was an employee of Rivermaid Trading Company.
