Device Deemed Non-Explosive After Connecticut State Police Bomb Squad Investigation

Meriden, Connecticut – An incident involving a suspected “storm drain explosion” in Meriden prompted an investigation by the town’s police department. The area was later deemed safe after authorities found a suspicious item, which was ultimately determined not to be explosive.
