The second victim was identified as Jeremy Gebo, a 44-year-old male, but the coroner was unable to locate his address. Like Hart, Gebo succumbed to multiple blunt-force trauma, with his death also determined as accidental.
In a recent update, authorities revealed that Claude Rafiki, the suspect in the crash, has been taken into custody. Rafiki faces charges of DUI resulting in death and reckless driving. A court appearance in Moapa Valley is scheduled for March 26.
