LONGFORD, IRELAND – A man has been taken into custody for his alleged involvement in a violent assault on a woman in Longford town last year. The incident, which took place at The Mall in Longford town, left the woman with serious facial injuries and led to her hospitalization at Mullingar’s Midland Regional Hospital.
