Alexandria, Egypt – A Jewish businessman holding citizenship in Israel, Canada, and Russia was tragically killed in the Alexandria region of northern Egypt, Arab media reports revealed on Tuesday. The victim, identified as Ziv Kipper, operated a vegetable factory in Egypt for nearly a decade, entering the country using his Canadian passport. Kipper, the CEO of O.K Group LLC according to his LinkedIn profile, managed one of the largest Egyptian companies specializing in exporting frozen vegetables, citrus, and fruits from their farms in Alexandria, with additional offices in Ukraine and Israel.
In a separate incident on Oct. 8, following an attack on Israel by Hamas, two Israelis were killed and another injured in a shooting targeting tourists in Alexandria. The attacker, identified as an Egyptian police officer, was swiftly apprehended by local security forces.
