**Attacks and Vehicle Thefts** Lead to Woman’s Arrest in Tacoma

Tacoma, Washington – A woman was arrested by Tacoma police late Friday night for allegedly attacking two men in separate incidents and stealing their vehicles. Both victims sustained serious injuries and were hospitalized as a result of the violent encounters.

The first incident took place in the 1100 block of South Highland Avenue, around 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The suspect, who was known to the victim, reportedly carried out a violent assault using an axe. Following the attack, she fled the scene with the victim’s vehicle, leaving him with severe injuries that required hospitalization.

In a separate incident later that day, the suspect abandoned the stolen vehicle and called an Uber. The driver picked her up and took her to the 3400 block of Ruston Way near Les Davis Pier. However, the situation took a horrifying turn when the woman allegedly stabbed the Uber driver in the neck, seriously injuring him, and then stole his vehicle.

Tacoma police responded swiftly to the second incident, recovering the stolen Uber vehicle in the 7400 block of East F Street. The woman was found attempting to hide nearby and was taken into custody. She now faces charges of assault and robbery as authorities work to determine the motive behind the violent acts and ensure the safety of the community.
