Transgender Woman Jailed for Violent Abuse: Judge Labels Her ‘Dangerous’

London, England – A recent court case in London has resulted in the sentencing of a twenty-year-old trans woman, Angel Hill, to jail for engaging in violent sexual and physical abuse. The trial judge described Hill as ‘dangerous’, highlighting the severity of the charges brought against her.

During the court proceedings, it was revealed that Hill, who is undergoing a transition from male to female, pleaded guilty to charges of assault by penetration, sexual assault, strangulation, and using a bladed article to threaten the victim. The court noted Hill’s ‘violent, manipulative and controlling behaviour’ as part of the sentencing decision.

Judge Jason MacAdam expressed concern over Hill’s lack of insight into her actions, stating, “I find you to be dangerous, in the legal sense.” Despite the reduction of the sentence due to Hill’s guilty plea, the judge emphasized the impact of the crimes on the victim’s mental health, noting that the victim was spared from giving evidence in court.

The sentence imposed on Hill includes a total of 11 years, with seven to be served in prison and four on extended license. Prosecuting attorney Stuart Neale highlighted a statement from the victim, detailing the emotional toll of the incidents. In defense, Julian Goode pointed out Hill’s young age and serious mental health challenges as mitigating factors.

As part of the sentencing, Hill was also ordered to sign the sex offender’s register, underscoring the gravity of the crimes committed. The case serves as a reminder of the importance of addressing and preventing acts of violence and abuse within communities.
