JACKSON COUNTY, Ark. – Arkansas State Police have identified the victims of a tragic multi-vehicle accident on Highway 67, which resulted in two fatalities. The crash occurred at the 99-mile marker when smoke from a nearby field fire engulfed the roadway, leading to a chain reaction crash involving 16 vehicles. Among the deceased were Thomas Blevins, 68, from Logan, Ohio, and Terry Lutz, 55, from Somerset, Ohio.
