GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A tragic shooting at a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Sunday morning left five people dead, including the shooter, and left eight others hospitalized, authorities reported. Police identified the shooter as 40-year-old Thomas Jacob Sanford from Burton, who allegedly crashed a vehicle into the church around the time services were in progress.
