Security footage from the scene reveals a chaotic confrontation as the assailant pursued a woman, ultimately shooting her before leaving her wounded on the ground.

The deceased woman has been identified as 50-year-old Sandra Lee. Witnesses report that shortly after shooting Lee, the gunman turned his weapon on a man, later identified as 64-year-old Marcus Smith. Smith’s family expressed their grief, describing him as a well-loved and humorous figure who will be sorely missed. Johnetta Jackson, Smith’s niece, spoke to the profound impact on their family, emphasizing that despite the circumstances, their loss is irreparable.
