Tulsa, Oklahoma – A tragic shooting incident occurred at a motel near Interstate 44 and Yale Avenue on Tuesday night, resulting in the death of one man, as reported by local authorities. The shooting took place at the Studio Star Extended Stay motel, where police found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his back.
According to the Tulsa police, the shooting was a result of a heated altercation between two individuals in the motel hallway. Despite the efforts of emergency responders who performed CPR on the victim before rushing him to the hospital, the man succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
Following the incident, the assailant managed to flee the scene, eluding pursuit by both a police K-9 unit and the department’s helicopter. In their investigation, authorities discovered shell casings at a second location located down the street from the motel.
Subsequently, another individual approached motel security, claiming that someone had also fired shots at him in the same vicinity. Fortunately, this second person was uninjured during the altercation.
