CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. – A 51-year-old man from Richmond was tragically discovered dead with multiple gunshot wounds in a wooded area in Caroline County on Memorial Day. The body was found by a concerned citizen near the intersection of Sparta Road and Tugnor Road on Monday, May 27.
