ORLANDO, Fla. – An indictment has been handed down by a grand jury, accusing Agardo Francois of the murder of a 15-year-old boy in Orlando last year. According to the office of Orange-Osceola State Attorney Andrew Bain, Francois, 30, is facing charges of first-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and conspiracy to possess a firearm by a convicted felon in connection with the death of Destin Webster-Thompson.
Webster-Thompson, a 15-year-old sophomore at Dr. Phillips High School, tragically lost his life after being shot in the head on October 30, 2023, near The Villages on Millenia Boulevard apartments. Francois was arrested in December, more than a month after the fatal shooting, following investigations by the Orlando Police Department that identified him as the primary suspect.
