BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — A 17-year-old has been charged with capital murder following the fatal shooting of 82-year-old Aldorithia Burrell, who was killed on her porch nearly three weeks ago. Jefferson County District Attorney Danny Carr announced the arrest just hours before Burrell’s funeral on Saturday.
