PHOENIX — A man has been indicted on multiple charges in connection with a tragic road rage incident that resulted in the deaths of a father and his young daughter. Tyrone Dee Chilly, 28, faces serious accusations following the shooting that occurred in late November.

Chilly and 29-year-old Quincy Polk confronted each other, and the altercation quickly escalated.
