Maiduguri, Nigeria – A deadly explosion rocked a mosque in the northeastern city of Maiduguri on Wednesday evening, claiming multiple lives as worshippers gathered for their evening prayers. Malam Abuna Yusuf, a leader of the mosque, reported the fatalities, while militia leader Babakura Kolo provided a slightly lower estimate of seven deaths.
