BRADENTON, FLORIDA – A pregnant woman endured days of terror at the hands of her boyfriend, Anthony Reyes-Enos, as he allegedly subjected her to physical abuse while also harming her two young children. According to authorities, Reyes-Enos faces multiple charges for assaulting his girlfriend and her children in Manatee County.
The ordeal came to light when the 22-year-old woman managed to escape and call for help after being attacked by Reyes-Enos over two days. Upon fleeing, she received distressing messages from him, including photos of her injured 1 and 2-year-old children. Subsequent examination by law enforcement revealed the severity of the children’s injuries, as they had sustained lacerations, bruises, and swelling.
Upon arrival at the scene, deputies noted the children’s injuries and immediately sought medical attention for them and their mother. Reyes-Enos was arrested on charges including domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated battery on a pregnant woman, tampering with a 911 call, false imprisonment, and aggravated child abuse.
Currently in custody, Reyes-Enos awaits a bail hearing scheduled for April 9, as indicated by court records.
