The Court found Greeshma guilty of poisoning 23-year-old Sharon Raj with a pesticide-laced ayurvedic decoction. Along with the death sentence for Greeshma, her uncle Nirmalakumaran Nair was sentenced to three years of rigorous imprisonment in connection with the case.
The court’s decision came after a thorough examination of the evidence and testimonies presented during the trial.
