NASHVILLE, Tenn. – An act of bravery unfolded at a WeGo bus stop in Edgehill as witnesses tried to halt a violent stabbing attack that left a victim with life-threatening injuries. According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, 31-year-old Jacob Boswell has been arrested and charged with attempted criminal homicide in connection with the assault.
Eyewitnesses called 911 at 5:18 a.m. reporting a male stabbing another male at the 12th Avenue and Wedgewood Avenue bus stop. Witnesses described seeing Boswell, the alleged attacker, stabbing the victim multiple times while he was already on the ground and covered in blood. The situation escalated as Boswell reportedly used his body weight to press down on the victim’s head during the assault.
