FORREST CITY, AR – A man was found dead from a gunshot wound following an attempted burglary in Forrest City early Wednesday, according to local authorities. Logan Like, 22, was allegedly trying to break into a home on Center Street when he was shot, police said.
Forrest City Police Chief Ronald Bruce described the incident, which was captured on the city’s surveillance system. The footage showed Like attempting to remove the screen of a window before collapsing near Day Temple Church after being shot. The video provided clear evidence of the timeline and events, Bruce noted.
