HOLDEN, Mass. – A Holden resident sustained serious injuries after an acetylene explosion took place inside his vehicle on Saturday morning. The incident prompted a response from the Holden Fire and Police Departments to 216 Brattle Street, where the man was found trapped under his damaged car. Rescuers were able to extract him from beneath the vehicle, and he was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
