It was at the law firm of Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin where she focused on defense of private securities actions and business litigation.

Morrison is also recognized for her efforts to create ethical and fair business practices across the globe. She focuses on industrial justice in this aspect.
